NGM developed a new customer intelligence platform specifically for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank, a trusted partner to over 100 million customers across 19 global markets. This innovative platform was designed to effectively target, nurture, and onboard high-net-worth customers.

The Results: This new digital platform was instrumental in establishing Citibank as the leading Asia Pacific wealth manager, now banking one-third of the region's billionaires.

Connecting wine growers with their premium markets

NGM designed an innovative strategy to directly link premium growers with their target markets. This new approach focused on delivering the personalised experiences  that premium customers expect.

Key Outcome: We established an exclusive new channel that not only connected premium growers with new customers but also unlocked significant emerging markets, including China. This strategy played a pivotal role in boosting Australian wine exports to China to a remarkable AUD $1.2 billion.

Designing 66 second on-boarding experiences for CommSec

NGM spearheaded a new strategy to demystify online trading for inexperienced high-net-worth customers. Our solution: a novel gamified trading experience that allowed new users to be on-boarded in a remarkable 60 seconds.

The Impact: This strategic design was instrumental in establishing CommSec as the undisputed leader and most used trading platform in Australia.

Designing premium gaming loyalty programs

NGM shaped the strategy and value proposition for Star Entertainment Group's new gaming loyalty program, designed to generate new revenue and provide superior value for high-net-worth gamers.

Outcomes: Customer value expanded to encompass 1,743,698 domestic and 76,927 international clients, and VIP customer numbers hit record highs with a 10% increase.

Leveraging Crypto technology to deliver a unique experience

NGM developed a new crypto key for a high-net-worth wealth manager, enabling unique and personalized offers. We integrated cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generators (CSPRNGs) to create robust access control, ensuring each new customer receives a secure, tailored service.

Remarkably, this strategy delivered an 85% response rate and a 77% conversion rate over 12 months.
